Mail Forwarding
Should your company receive mail at its registered address in connection with its business or trade we can arrange to forward it to you as it is received for a flat rate fee of £200 ⁄ $350 ⁄ €285 per annum plus disbursements (i.e. onward postage costs). Always remember the address does not need to be in the same location as the place of incorporation, in many cases it is best for it to be in a better known location, for example, a Belize company can have a mailing address in somewhere like Canada or Switzerland. Telephone Line
Phone or fax lines generally start from £195 ⁄ $345 ⁄ €279 per annum, although the options vary widely. Keep in mind that the phone and fax lines do not need to be in the same location as the place of incorporation. In many cases it is best for it to be in a more well known location, for example a BVI company could have phone lines in somewhere like Canada or Spain and they can be diverted worldwide. Fax Line
Generally from £100 ⁄ $175 ⁄ €143 per annum although the range of options is considerable. Keep in mind that the phone and fax lines do not need to be in the same location as the place of incorporation, in many cases it is best for it to be in a more well known location, for example a Sychelles company could have phone lines in Australia or Hong Kong and they can be diverted worldwide.
