Forming a European company can be either one of the best business
decisions you will ever make or one of the worst depending on whether
it is done right. ORCA has offices in three major European locations,
Switzerland, Gibraltar and Germany and are therefore ideally placed
to advise regarding the formation of companies in 36 European countries. We
have the knowledge and contacts to ensure that the entire formation
process runs smoothly from start to finish. ORCA will deal with all
the language hurdles, setting up phone lines, domains, virtual offices
and anything else you might require to get the business off the ground.
ORCA Form companies in all the locations
below. We recommend calling us to discuss your needs and we can assess
the best way to move things forward. This will ensure the company
is correctly structured for your personal requirements. We will also
highlight the potential pitfalls in the required country and ensure
they do not arise. For example if you form a Spanish company you require
an NIE number NIE stands for Número Identificación Extranjero,
in English the translation is Identification Number for Foreigners.
The NIE Number is a tax identification number used extensively in Spain.
It is a legal requirement that every company director who is not Spanish has
this tax ID number – the Spanish have a NIF number which is short
for Número Identificación Fiscal or in English simply
Tax Identification Number. The application process is generally laborious
and time consuming, and without the use of a service such as ours,
would require normally two trips to Spain. We have a variety of solutions
to avoid this hassle but many clients never realise the problem until
they are asked by a company formations agent for their number. At this
point things can get seriously delayed while the application is processed
which can take weeks. ORCA will ensure that the whole process takes
place in the right order and we don’t even start on the formation
until we have the number.
